Pop-up painting sessions
Because The Painted Dragonfly is completely mobile, we can (and usually do!) pop-up all over the place. Over the summer and in the lead up to Christmas, you’ll find us at fêtes and fayres and other local events. We also like to run more regular pop-up sessions in local, cafes and pubs, or anywhere else that will have us. At every pop-up, we bring a selection of items to be painted at the venue. The items are normally at a discounted price to those delivered in a pottery box.
Glazed and fired pottery will either be delivered back to the venue (if it is a regular set-up) or to you at home.

Workshops
Workshops allow for all participants to paint the same item. It’s usually an opportunity to try out different paints, glazes or techniques that are not available in the Pottery Box.
They are intended to be a relaxed and social affair, run over a couple of hours with light refreshments thrown in.
Parties
Pottery can be supplied for parties, whereby everyone attending will paint the same item. Most of the time, the party is supervised by parents but, if required, Helen can attend to set up, supervise and clear up afterwards. There is an additional charge to provide this ‘attended’ service.
In addition to the pottery to be painted by individuals, The Painted Dragonfly also supplies an additional piece, usually a side plate, free of charge for everyone attending to paint together. This provides a memento of the time the partygoers have spent together.
